Neil Sethi

Neil is an accomplished and highly experienced business operations consultant, delivering performance improvement, capability transfer and change management outcomes for clients. He has the ability to deliver pragmatic solutions to complex business issues, working both at the board level and across business operations.

Neil has experience across a range of industries including construction, transport, utilities, media/telco and retail. He has a depth of knowledge in supply chain and procurement and is an MSP practitioner as well as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Neil is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (MCIPS).

Neil recently led the Qatar 2022 World Cup Supply Chain strategy and implementation programme. He also recently delivered a distribution network capability improvement programme for one of the largest retailers in the US.

In his spare time Neil likes to write and record his own music.

Paul Reynolds

A program and change transformation specialist with more than 25 years’ experience of leading and implementing agile organisational & cultural change.

Paul is known for his ability to design and hold the most complex of plans together.

He has expertise in business integration, turnaround implementation, organisational change, supply chain renewal, retail operations and structuring programs, their governance and PMOs. During his career he has worked across an exceptionally diverse range of sectors: retail, FMCG, life sciences, utilities, oil & gas, transport and services.

After completing an MBA, he moved into consulting, working on large transformation projects in the UK and Europe, with a key focus on results delivery and transferring skills and capabilities.

Paul holds a BA in economics from Durham University, an MBA from London Business School and also a Non-Executive Director diploma and one in logistics management.

Paul is an avid sportsman who enjoys rugby, scuba diving, golf and running. He has run both the London and New York marathons and numerous half marathons.

Craig Peters

An experienced management consultant, strategic and decisive, with diverse international experience delivering improved business operational performance and organisational effectiveness at companies facing complex challenges with pragmatic solutions and sustainable results. Energetic, outgoing and dependable with an engaging approach to strategy and transformation, change management, creative problem solving and sustainable delivery, from the board room to the front line.

With a background in Engineering, he has a proven track record of excellent leadership motivating teams in high-pressure, challenging environments, built on strong interpersonal skills. Specialist consulting focus in strategic organisational effectiveness, target operating digital business transformation, and behavioural change.

Craig holds an MBA in strategic change management and is an active member of the Institution of Civil Engineers, the Institutes of Management and Asset Management, the International Institute of Risk & Safety Management and IOSH.

He has an avid interest in sustainability – particularly the role of business in tackling climate change – and social justice, from strategy to front line implementation. A keen sportsman who enjoys cricket, golf, tennis and sailing, Craig’s other interests include art, travel and a love of the outdoors.

Mike Brady

An experienced consultant with over 28 years’ experience working for leading professional services firms. Mike brings a set of valuable core skills, honed throughout his career, that help organisations deliver successful change.

These include change management approaches and techniques, operating model analysis and design, project management (Prince 2 and PMI certification), system implementation, training management and delivery as well as accounting and corporate finance.

Mike has delivered successful change projects across many different industries. He has extensive experience in the energy sector but has more recently been working in the financial services and retail sectors. Mike has spent a significant part of his career in South East Asia working with oil and gas clients in the region.

Mike is a qualified Chartered Accountant (FCA) who chose to specialise in management consulting at KPMG before moving to Corven Consulting and then Oliver Wyman. Mike also completed a secondment as Finance Director of a small UK car manufacturer as part of a Corporate Finance project.

Living with his Thai wife, Mike has homes in UK and Thailand enabling him to maintain strong connections in both regions.


Mary McGuire

For the last 20 years, Mary has been leading business and functional transformation programs in major organisations. Working across many sectors including Technology, Finance, FMCG and Pharmaceuticals, she brings deep expertise and a proven track record of delivering strategic behavioural programs in large matrixed organisations.

Implementing broad and far reaching transformation programs is her specialty and this has included designing and implementing process, system and organisational transformations for large, diverse and geographically spread workforce's. She knows what good looks like because she’s implemented it many times.

Clients value both her delivery capabilities and the easy-going positive style that makes light work out of ‘heavy lifting’ implementation programs. Through her career she has worked with a diverse range of clients including Airbnb, BP, Avis Budget Group, Bank of Ireland, LinkedIn, Syngenta, Allianz, Glanbia and Sidel.

Mary is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), holds an MBA from Henley Business School and an MSc in Human Resources Management (HRM). She is also a published author in the personal transformation space.

In her spare time, Mary teaches mindfulness to children, hospice staff and other local groups.


Vickie Claridge

Highly experienced in implementing large scale customer change initiatives that drive business improvement, Vickie is a successful, confident and driven leader. Vickie’s impressive results have been delivered through robust planning, organisation and communication whilst building trusted relationships at all levels. Through effective coaching and motivation of teams, she has helped businesses define their change needs and execute them at pace.

Vickie has 20 years of FMCG experience with the UK’s largest retailer, followed by more recent successful assignments across healthcare, hospitality and automotive environments – both internationally (US) and in the UK. This wide-ranging experience means that Vickie is well versed in working with senior business leaders through to frontline executives in businesses with challenging problems. Specifically of interest to Vickie is Leadership behaviour, and impact and customer focused culture change. Areas of particular interest to Vickie include operating model development, simplification and process improvement all through the lens of a customer. Results have been achieved through highly organised change management practices, and structured project and programme management methodology. Most rewarding of all to Vickie is developing and empowering people to reach their potential and transferring her skills.

Outside of work Vickie is enjoying a busy life as a new mum with her partner Mike, and has keen interests in new food experiences and cooking, walking and time with extended family.

Mike Breeze

Mike is a highly experienced business leader, consultant and leadership coach. He has a proven track record in leading large change programmes and guiding leadership teams through complex periods of corporate change in a wide range of settings. He has worked in highly unionised industrial environments, major blue chip retailers and new media marketing operations.

Mike has coached leaders at all levels in organisations as they worked through their personal change efforts, in times of great challenge. He has helped clients deliver transformational change across the world, including in USA, UK, Norway, Sweden, Germany and Qatar.

Very much a family man, Mike is also a keen rugby union supporter and ex player. He also enjoys long distance hiking and recently completed the Hadrian's Wall walk, raising money for the MacMillans Cancer Support charity.
